Abstract Submission

  1. Please write your abstract in English. British or US spelling is accepted as long as it is used consistently throughout the manuscript.
  2. Please submit your abstract before 15 July 2018 31 August 2018 following the Abstract Template
  3. Please note that the scope of your paper should fall within the theme of the conference, i.e. Innovation and its technological, business, or societal perspectives. Please avoid rigorous technicalities if you want to mention scientific/technological inventions/findings that lead to an innovation. Rather, please emphasize how a particular scientific finding or technology can be applied or implemented as innovation that has a positive impact to business and/or society.
  4. Your abstract can be submitted here. Please complete the submission form, including in which conference track you want your paper to be included and your preference for paper presentation at the conference.
  5. You will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of your abstract by 31 August 2018. If accepted, please prepare the full paper following full paper instruction below. 

Full Paper Instruction

  1. Please submit your full paper before 30 September 2018. At this point, a more detailed peer review will be carried out in order to nominate papers for publication in a Scopus-indexed journal as well as to select papers for oral and poster sessions.
  2. The Scientific Committee accepts submission of mainly three types of manuscripts. Each manuscript is classified as original articles (should not exceed 5000 words), short communications (should not exceed 2000 words), and reviews (should not exceed 4000 words).
  3. The manuscript is to be arranged as follows:
    1. Science & Technology
      Front matter: Title, Author list, Affiliations, E-mail Address, Abstract, Keywords.
      Research manuscript sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion,
      Conclusions. A combined Results and Discussion section is often appropriate.
      Back matter: Acknowledgments, Conflicts of Interest, References.
    2. Social, Business & Economics
      Front matter: Title, Author list, Affiliations, E-mail Address, Abstract, Keywords.
      Research manuscript sections: Introduction, Literature review or Hypothesis development
      (optional), Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions. A combined Results and
      Discussion section is often appropriate.
      Back matter: Acknowledgments, Conflicts of Interest, References.
  4. Manuscript must be 4-5 pages, including all references, figures and tables.
